The anti blocking device comprises a turbine which is arranged in a sewer pipe and a plurality of fixing rodswhich are installed on the drainage outlet, the drainage outlet is arranged on a subgrade, the fixing rods are slidably sleeved with moving plates, the upper end of the turbine is fixedly connected with a connecting shaft, the upper end of the connecting shaft is connected with a fixing block, the fixing block is fixedly installed on the inner wall of the sewer pipe, the connecting shaft and thefixing block are rotationally connected, the outer side of the connecting shaft is fixedly sleeved with a worm wheel, the worm wheel is meshed and connected with a worm, and two ends of the worm are fixedly connected with first rotating shafts.
