The energy-saving anti-blocking equipment structurally comprises an anti-blocking sleeve cavity, a drainage inner pipe, a guide column, reinforcing ribs and balance side plates, wherein the anti-blocking sleeve cavity is fixed in a top groove of the drainage inner pipe in a nesting mode, the tops of the anti-blocking sleeve cavity and the drainage inner pipe are kept flush, the arc-shaped wall of the bottom of the drainage inner pipe and the guide column are welded to form an integrated structure, and the reinforcing ribs are perpendicularly fixed in the middles of the balance side plates.
