The invention provides a novel large-area terrace concrete pouring technology. The novel large-area terrace concrete pouring technology comprises the specific steps that a steel bar with the diameterbeing 12 mm is cut into steel bars of 40 cm and steel bars of 10 cm; the middle of each steel bar of 10 cm is welded to the steel bar of 40 cm and is located at the position 3 cm away from the upper end of the corresponding steel bar of 40 cm, so that a cross-shaped iron piece is formed; the cross-shaped iron pieces are drilled into a foundation on the terrace in multiple lines, the interval between the multiple lines is 6 cm, and the interval between the cross-shaped iron pieces on each line is 2 cm; a ruler is placed on the upper portion of each steel bar of 10 cm, leveling is conducted on each cross-shaped iron piece with a level gauge, the data of the positions 48 mm lower than the surface of the terrace completing pouring are measured; flat and straight steel tubes which are 6 m longare placed on the left sides and the right sides of the upper portions of the cross-shaped iron pieces and are bundled firmly with binding wires; concrete is poured in a one-off manner, a darby whichis 6m long is used for scraping concrete to be level along the steel tubes, after scraping, the steel tubes and the binding wire are taken out, and the concrete is scraped to be level with a darby which is 2 m long. The novel large-area terrace concrete pouring technology has the beneficial effects being free of influence of the area and the number of times, capable of forming the terrace in placethrough one-off pouring and at least saving time by one time and over.
本发明提供了一种新型大面积地坪混凝土浇筑工艺,具体步骤为:将直径为12mm的钢筋断切成40cm和10cm两种规格;将10cm的钢筋中部焊接在距40cm的钢筋上端3cm的位置,构成十字形铁件;在地坪上将十字形铁件按若干路打入基础内,每路之间间距为6m,每一路上十字形铁件的间隔距离为2m;将直尺放在10cm的钢筋上部,并用水准仪对每个十字形铁件进行抄平,测出低于浇筑完成地坪表面48mm的数据;将平直的6m长的钢管搁放在十字形铁件上部的左右两侧,并用扎丝扎牢;一次性浇筑混凝土,用6m刮尺沿着钢管刮平,刮平后取出钢管和扎丝,并用2m的刮尺刮平。本发明的有益效果在于:不受面积、次数的影响,地坪可一次性浇筑到位,至少节省一倍以上时间。
