Pouring method of concrete terrace
The invention discloses a pouring method of a concrete terrace. The pouring method comprises the following steps: 1) leveling a site, conducting surveying and setting out, and dividing a terrace to be poured into a plurality of pouring areas; 2) laying a slide rail at a preset position and adjusting levelness and elevation of the slide rail; (3) arranging a pouring device on the slide rail, where the pouring device is connected with the slide rail in a sliding fit mode, in a process that the pouring device moves along the slide rail, pouring the set pouring areas, and in a pouring process, vibrating and flattening concrete by the pouring device; (4) after the concrete has certain strength, dismantling the slide rail, forming a post-cast strip of a double-sawtooth structure between every two adjacent pouring areas; and (5) pouring and maintaining the post-cast strip. By forming the post-cast strip of the double-sawtooth structure, the adjacent pouring areas are tightly engaged, the integrity is good, the pouring flatness of the whole terrace is easy to control, and pouring quality and construction efficiency are high.
本发明公开了一种混凝土地坪的浇筑方法，包括以下步骤，1）场地平整及测量放线，将待浇筑的地坪分为若干个浇筑区域。2）在预设位置铺设滑轨，并调整其水平度和标高。3）在所述滑轨上安装浇筑装置，所述浇筑装置与滑轨滑动配合连接，在浇筑装置沿滑轨移动的过程中，对设定的浇筑区域进行浇筑，并在浇筑的过程中，浇筑装置对混凝土进行振捣平整。4）待混凝土具有一定强度后拆除滑轨，使相邻的浇筑区域之间形成一双锯齿结构的后浇带。5）对该后浇带进行浇筑，并养护。通过形成双锯齿结构的后浇带，使相邻浇筑区域之间咬合紧密，整体性好，整个地坪的浇筑平整度易于控制，浇筑质量以及施工效率高。
