The invention provides an electromechanical embedded box mounting method constructed by all-aluminum mold supporting for a building floor. An embedded box positioning device is manufactured, and the external dimension of the embedded box positioning device is smaller than that of an inner cavity of an electromechanical embedded box. By designing the embedded box positioning device, the embedded box positioning device is fixed on an aluminum template, and the positions of the aluminum template and the electromechanical embedded box on each layer are the same, so that only when the first layer of the standard layer is constructed, paying-off is carried out for position measurement, the other floors do not need paying-off again for position measurement, positioning is carried out through theembedded box positioning device, therefore, complex procedures such as measuring and paying-off of the embedded box in the electromechanical construction process of each layer are effectively avoided,the construction efficiency is greatly improved, and the labor cost is reduced.
本发明提供一种建筑楼板由全铝模支撑施工的机电预埋盒安装方法,其中,制作预埋盒定位装置,所述预埋盒定位装置的外形尺寸小于机电预埋盒的内腔的尺寸;本发明通过设计预埋盒定位装置,将其固定在铝模板上,利用铝模板和机电预埋盒在每层的位置都是一样的,从而只需在标准层首层施工时放线测量位置,而其余楼层则无需重新放线测量位置,通过所述预埋盒定位装置进行定位,从而有效的避免了每层机电施工过程中预埋盒的测量放线等繁琐工序,极大的提高了施工效率,降低人力成本。
