The invention relates to a steel bar rectangular sleeve gasket. The steel bar rectangular sleeve gasket is used for concrete heat insulation wall construction. The steel bar rectangular sleeve gasketmainly comprises a rectangular frame body with three planes on the three sides, wherein the other side of the rectangular frame body is provided with a sleeve hole for allowing a transverse bar to penetrate and hang and two elastic holding arms which can frame the transverse bar to be positioned in the sleeve hole, a plurality of clamping columns are arranged on the two sides of the rectangular frame body, the clamping columns at one side are used for bearing against formworks, the clamping columns at the other side are used for allowing a heat insulation plate to directly press and insert therein, so that the plate is connected with the clamping columns to be positioned in the middle of a concrete heat insulation wall, the design of the clamping columns can replace the effect of sharp iron blocking pieces, the heat insulation plate is fixed during installation, and sinking and floating of the heat insulation plate are avoided during grouting. According to the steel bar rectangular sleeve gasket, through the above arrangement, the more incremental contact surface between the wide plane of the frame body and the heat insulation plate is used, sinking is reduced, the stable positioning effect is realized, constant spacing between steel bars and the heat insulation plate and between the steel bars and the formworks is kept, and an outer wall structure with heat-insulating and heat-retaining effects is obtained through pouring concrete.
本发明涉及一种钢筋矩形套垫,用于混凝土隔热墙施工,主要包含一具有三侧平面的矩形框体,该矩形框体的另一侧有供横筋穿挂的套孔及两可框住横筋定位于套孔内的弹性固持臂,且矩形框体其中两侧设有数支卡柱,一侧卡柱用来顶住模板,另侧卡柱则供隔热板直接压置插入,使板材与卡柱相互接合而定位在混凝土隔热墙中间,此卡柱的设计可取代尖铁挡作用,安装时固定住隔热板材,灌浆时避免隔热板材的沉浮,由此,本发明利用框体的宽阔平面与隔热板的接触面更为增加,减少沉陷且获得定位的稳固效果,保持钢筋与隔热板材、钢筋与模板有固定间距,透过浇注混凝土获得具隔热、保温的外墙结构。
