Method for constructing fabricated underground diaphragm wall by using rectangular steel sleeve
The invention discloses a method for constructing a fabricated underground diaphragm wall by using a rectangular steel jacket. The method comprises the following construction steps: constructing a reinforced concrete pile with a vertical steel guide rail at the top; a rectangular steel sleeve capable of wrapping the multiple vertical steel guide rails is hoisted through a crane, the rectangular steel sleeve is lowered from the top ends of the multiple wrapped vertical steel guide rails, and the rectangular steel sleeve slides downwards and is placed on the ground through the gravity of the rectangular steel sleeve; a soil body between the rectangular steel sleeve and the multiple vertical steel guide rails is excavated away through a small excavating machine, and the rectangular steel sleeve sinks to the preset elevation through the gravity or external force of the rectangular steel sleeve; and a plurality of prefabricated wallboards are hoisted by a crane, inserted from the top ends of the two adjacent vertical steel guide rails and lowered to a preset elevation. The width of the trench dug by the method is only about one third of the width of the trench dug by the prior art, the construction efficiency, the construction quality and the bearing capacity and the safety performance of the underground diaphragm wall can be greatly improved, and the construction cost can be relatively saved.
本发明公开了一种利用长方形钢套施工装配式地下连续墙的方法,包括以下施工步骤:施工顶部有竖向钢导轨的钢筋混凝土桩;用吊机吊来一能包住多根竖向钢导轨的长方形钢套,将长方形钢套从所包住的多根竖向钢导轨顶端下放,利用长方形钢套自身重力下滑并搁置在地面上;采用小型挖掘机械将长方形钢套与多根竖向钢导轨之间的土体挖走,长方形钢套则利用自身重力或外力下沉至预定标高;用吊机吊来多块预制墙板并从相邻的两根竖向钢导轨的顶端插入,并下放至预定标高。本方法所挖沟槽的宽度仅现有技术的三分之一左右、并能大幅度提高施工效率、施工质量和地下连续墙的承载能力和安全性能且能相对节约施工成本。
