The invention discloses a positioning gluing device for building construction. The device comprises a gluing gun, and further comprises a limiting strip group and a limiting sliding block; the limiting strip group comprises at least two identical positioning strips, a plurality of suction cups are fixed on the positioning strips along the long direction, linear grooves are formed in the strip surfaces, far away from the suction cups, of the positioning strips, and the linear grooves are arranged along the long direction of the positioning strips; the limiting sliding block is provided with twolinear convex ribs, the two linear convex ribs are parallel to each other, and the two linear convex ribs can be in sliding fit with the linear grooves; the limiting sliding block is provided with aclamping hole, and the clamping hole is used for allowing a gun head and a gun body of the gluing gun to penetrate through and then is in clearance fit with the gun body of the gluing gun. The positioning gluing device can maintain the stability of straight-line operation of gluing gun by a worker, promotes strong gluing quality uniformity, and further improves construction quality.
