本发明提供了一种预制构件防溢浆施工工艺,具体步骤为:1)将梁侧模板高度提升,并使得其上端面的高度与底模板的上平面齐平;2)支设底模板时,控制底模板与梁侧模板的间距为A,形成溢浆缝;3)将梁侧模板上端外侧的第一个木枋向外移动A;4)将梁侧模板和底模板进行固定;5)依次进行绑扎梁钢筋、吊装预制构件、绑扎板上层钢筋和混凝土浇筑工作。与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:使水泥浆不能通过预制构件和模板之间缝隙进行流淌凝结,减少因凿除水泥浆和修补而产生的费用,不但可以降低了施工成本,而且有利于主体结构的观感质量。
