Construction method for preventing slurry from overflowing in underground diaphragm wall pouring construction
A slurry overflow prevention construction method used in underground diaphragm wall pouring construction comprises the following steps that (1) before an underground diaphragm wall first-stage groove is excavated, the underground diaphragm wall first-stage groove and an adjacent non-excavated area are excavated to form a slurry buffer area; 2) laying a slurry discharge pipeline in the slurry buffer area, wherein the slurry discharge pipeline is connected to a slurry pump; (3) a first-stage groove of the diaphragm wall is excavated; (4) first sealing operation of a first-stage groove of the diaphragm wall is carried out; (4.1) a pouring frame is erected above the first-stage groove of the underground diaphragm wall, and concrete pouring is conducted; 4.2) continuously extracting the slurry overflowing into the slurry buffer area by a slurry pump; (5) after the first sealing operation is completed, concrete is continuously poured; by the adoption of the method, the problem that wall protecting slurry overflows and enters a guide wall in the underground diaphragm wall construction process is solved, the problems that site pollution is caused by the slurry and cost is increased due to the fact that the total using amount of the slurry is increased are solved, and the purposes of zero pollution and low cost of underground diaphragm wall construction are achieved.
