The concrete jacking construction method for the steel pipe column comprises the following steps that a jackinghole is formed at the position of +0.5m at the bottom of the circular steel pipe column, a short pipe is welded at the jacking hole, the short pipe is connected with a concrete conveying pipe througha snap ring, and a circular plate cut at the jacking hole of the circular steel pipe column is numbered and reserved; a mounting hole with the size of phi 25 is formed in the short pipe at the distance 100mm from one end of the snap ring, and a check valve is mounted at the mounting hole; during concrete jacking construction, an overflow pipe is connected to an exhaust pipe; and after concrete pumping and jacking are finished, the circular plate is welded back to the original position according to the number.
