Assembled building concrete prefabricated column positioning guiding frame
The invention relates to an assembled building concrete prefabricated column positioning guiding frame. A guiding frame, bearing blocks, sliding plates, rotation bolts, rotation support plates and locking mechanisms are included. Square grooves are longitudinally formed in the left side face and the right side face of the guiding frame. Each square groove of the guiding frame is connected with thecorresponding bearing block in a sliding fit manner. The tops of the bearing blocks are connected with the lower ends of the rotation bolts through bearings. The middle portions of the rotation boltsare arranged on the rotation support plates in a threaded fit manner. The rotation support plates are connected to the upper end side face of the guiding frame. The corresponding sliding plate penetrates through the middle portion of each bearing block in a sliding fit and inserting manner. The locking mechanisms are symmetrically arranged at the front end and the rear end of the guiding frame. The assembled building concrete prefabricated column positioning guiding frame can solve the problems that the manual prefabricated column straightening effect is poor, manual multi-time alignment is needed, the lower end of a prefabricated column is not supported, the prefabricated column can swing, and consequently the alignment effect of the prefabricated column and a bottom column is poor, wherein the problems exist during inserting and connecting of the prefabricated column and the bottom column at present.
本发明涉及一种装配式建筑混凝土预制柱定位导向架,包括导向框、承托块、滑动板、转动螺栓、转动支板和锁定机构,所述的导向框的左右侧面上纵向设置有方槽,导向框的每个方槽内均通过滑动配合的方式与承托块相连接,承托块的顶部通过轴承与转动螺栓的下端相连接,转动螺栓的中部通过螺纹配合的方式安装在转动支板上,转动支板连接在导向框的上端侧面上,承托块的中部均通过滑动配合的方式穿插有一个滑动板,锁定机构对称安装在导向框的前后两端上。本发明可以解决现有对预制柱与底柱进行插接时存在的:人工对预制柱抚正的效果较差,需要人工进行多次对位,且预制柱的下端无支撑,会造成预制柱发生晃动,从而造成预制柱与底柱对位效果差等问题。
