The invention discloses an assembly type bent cap and stand column prefabricated assembly guiding and positioning method and a guiding frame. The method comprises the steps: marking the positions of four theoretical installation points on a bearing platform used for installing a stand column; then, erecting the guiding frame on the top face of the stand column, wherein the central axes of four guide arms of the guiding frame intersect with the axes of steel bars at the four vertex angles of the top face of the stand column, and the projection of the end point of one end of each guide arm on the top face of the bearing platform extends out of the projection area of the section of the stand column on the bearing platform; marking the projection position of the end point of the end of each guide arm on the bearing platform as the actual installation point position of the stand column; and measuring the distance between each theoretical installation point and the corresponding actual installation point, comparing the distance with a distance threshold value related to the diameter of the steel bar in the stand column and the inner diameter of a bent cap sleeve, and if the condition that each distance is smaller than or equal to the distance threshold value is not met, adjusting the horizontal position of the stand column until each distance is smaller than or equal to the distancethreshold value. The method provided by the invention is simple and high in safety.
