Intelligent lifting construction method for high-rise building
The invention discloses an intelligent lifting construction method for a high-rise building. The intelligent lifting construction method comprises a lifter, material chambers, an infrared detector, analarm, weight detection alarms and a ladder stand, wherein the material chambers are arranged on the two sides of the lifter and are symmetrically distributed; the weight detection alarms are arranged at the bottoms of the material chambers; and the bottom of the lifter is fixedly connected with the infrared detector. According to the intelligent lifting construction method, the infrared detectoris additionally arranged at the bottom of the lifter, and meanwhile, the weight detection alarms are arranged in the material chambers, so that when the lifter is used for loading materials, the weight detection alarms at the bottoms of the material chambers can accurately detect the weight of the placed materials, and the overweight condition can be well avoided; and once the load is overweight,the weight detection alarms can sound to remind constructors to pay attention to the loading weight, so that the safety during use is greatly improved, the application process is more intelligent, the overall structure is simple, and the practicability is high.
本发明公开了一种高层建筑智能化升降施工方法,包括升降机、物料室、红外检测器、警报器、重量检测报警器、爬梯,所述升降机的两侧设有物料室,所述物料室呈对称分布形式,所述物料室的底部设有重量检测报警器,所述升降机的底部固定连接红外检测器。本发明通过在升降机的底部增设有红外检测器,同时由于在物料室的内部安装有重量检测报警器,在利用升降机进行装载物料时,物料室底部的重量检测报警器可以准确的对放置的物料进行重量的检测,可以较好的避免出现超重的情况,一旦出现荷载超重时重量检测报警器就会响起,提醒施工人员注意装载重量,大大提升了使用时的安全性,应用过程中更加的智能化,整体结构简单,实用性较强。
