The invention discloses an electromechanical separation type flexible transmission structure for an electric lock body. The structure comprises a motor; a rotary motor bracket is fixed at one end of the motor; one end of the rotary motor bracket is provided with an installation hole used for sleeving a fixed vertical shaft on a lock shell. A torsion spring is arranged at another end of the rotarymotor bracket, and another end of the torsion spring sleeves a fixed vertical shaft on the lock shell; the rotary motor bracket is provided with a transmission assembly and a first gear and a second gear which coaxially connected, a spring bolt pull plate and a third gear and a fourth gear are further included, the third gear and the fourth gear are coaxially connected to the lock shell, the second gear is in meshed connection with the third gear, the spring bolt pulling plate comprises a fixing plate and a spring bolt, one end of the spring bolt is movably arranged in a lock hole of the lockshell in a sleeving mode, a notch is formed in a plane of the fixing plate, a clamping groove is formed in one side edge, the notch penetrates through the fourth gear which is meshed with a rack. According to a rotating assembly, the flexible meshing transmission is achieved, noise can be lowered, and the overall size of an electric lock is reduced.
