Intelligent concrete pumping system and operation method thereof
The invention discloses an intelligent concrete pumping system and an operation method thereof. One end of an S pipe is connected with a conveying pipe, and the other end of the S pipe is connected with concrete cylinders. The system further comprises stirring devices installed on the left side and the right side of a hopper. Each stirring device comprises a hydraulic motor, a speed reducer, a stirring blade and a rotating shaft, wherein the hydraulic motor drives the stirring blade to rotate after being decelerated by the speed reducer. Concrete pistons I and II are installed in the concretecylinders I and II correspondingly. An information collection measuring module comprises torque and rotating speed sensors and data storage units, the torque and rotating speed sensors are installed on the left side and the right side of the stirring devices, an intelligent control module comprises an error comparison unit and a feedback adjusting unit. The torque and the rotating speed of the stirring blades in the rotating process are detected through the torque and rotating speed sensors, and the rotating speed is adjusted by the feedback adjusting unit after correction. The structure is simple, and the purposes of reducing stirring energy consumption and improving the suction rate are achieved through the methods that the rotating speed of the stirring blades can be adjusted and the left and right rotating speeds are not synchronous.
本发明公开了一种混凝土智能泵送系统及操作方法,包括S管的一端与输送管相连,另一端与砼缸相连,还包括安装在料斗左右两侧的搅拌装置;搅拌装置包括液压马达、减速机、搅拌叶片、旋转轴,液压马达经减速机减速后驱动搅拌叶片旋转,混凝土活塞I、II分别安装在砼缸I、II中,信息采集测量模块包括扭矩转速传感器及数据存储单元,扭矩转速传感器安装在搅拌装置左右两侧,智能控制模块包括误差比较单元、反馈调节单元。通过扭矩转速传感器检测搅拌叶片转动过程中的扭矩和转速,并修正后经反馈调节单元调节转速。本发明结构简单,通过搅拌叶片转速的可调节和左右转速不同步的方法,达到降低搅拌能耗且提高吸料率的目的。
