The invention discloses an intelligent automatic concrete mixing and pumping machine and belongs to the technical field of building construction. The concrete mixing and pumping machine comprises an underframe, a hopper, a climbing system, a mixing device and a pumping system, wherein the mixing device comprises a mixing drum, a driving device and a cleaning device, and the driving device is usedfor driving the mixing drum to rotate forwards or reversely along the axis; the cleaning device comprises a first water storage ring, a second water storage ring and a water inlet pipe network, the first water storage ring and the second water storage ring are both mounted on the circumferential surface of the mixing drum, and the water inlet pipe network is located between the first water storagering and the second water storage ring and communicates with the first water storage ring and the second water storage ring respectively; and a water inlet connecting pipe is arranged on the water inlet pipe network, water inlet holes are formed in the inner wall of the mixing drum, and the first water storage ring and the second water storage ring communicate with inside of the mixing drum through the water inlet holes respectively. The problem that an existing concrete mixing and pumping machine is relatively inconvenient to clean is solved.
