The equipment can solve the problems that embedded steel bars and foundation bolts are manufactured for pouring concrete structures of a tower foundation, a bottom tower is hung in the position opposite tothe foundation bolts to be installed, and then the bottom tower is driven into the concrete cushion layer, so that the installation level of tower feet is very important and influences the verticality and the torsion of an iron tower, and whether the tower feet are horizontal or not is determined by checking whether bolt holes are in the same horizontal plane through a theodolite, due to the factthat the process is complex, the requirement for installation personnel is high, the quantity of collected data is large, the measurement is complex, the measured data are read and recorded manually,the input process is complex, and the construction quantity of the iron tower foundation is large.
