The method comprises the following steps: sieving waste residue namely nickel slag discharged by nickel product production enterprises and an auxiliary material namely aluminum slag through an 80-mesh sieve, wherein the water content of the material is within 1.0%; the weight percentage of the nickel slag is 90-95%; and the weight percentage of the aluminum slag is 5-10%; and mixing nickel slag and aluminum slag to obtain the product. 50 to 60 percent of cement clinker is directly used as a cement product for cement ingredient production; the concrete is widely applied to commercial concrete and industrial and civil constructional engineering construction materials; theproduct quality is obviously improved, the use performance of cement and concrete products is improved; the hydration strength of cement and concrete is improved; the compatibility and slump are improved, the water demand is reduced, the wear resistance, freezing resistance, carbonation, chloride ion permeability and other properties of cement and concrete products are improved, the waste utilization rate is 100%, the production cost is reduced, a new technical method is provided for waste residue nickel slag enterprises, and resources and the environment are protected.
