The invention discloses a treatment method for preparing concrete by cyclically utilizing waste residue nickel slag to replace natural sand. Waste residue nickel slag from producers for producing nickel products passes through a 0.9 square hole sieve to obtain a raw material of which the water content is within 1-25%; 815-830 kg of the waste nickel slag, 1035-3065 kg of stone, 310-330 kg of cementand 165 kg of water are metered according to the material amount per cubic meter of concrete and are mixed and stirred evenly to form a concrete product. The concrete product is widely applied to construction of constructional engineering such as industry and citizens; the product quality meets the technical requirements of the concrete product; the performance and the crystal structure of the concrete product are compared with those of a natural sand concrete product, the performance is superior to that of the natural sand material; the strength is enhanced, and the slump, carbonization properties, frost resistance and other properties of the concrete are improved; a new technical method is provided for solving the problem of the waste residue nickel slag discharged by the producers forproducing the nickel products, the stacking landfill amount and cost of the waste residue nickel slag are reduced, the use amount of natural sand resources is reduced, the ecological environment is protected against damage and pollution, the production cost of the concrete product is reduced, and remarkable social benefits, environmental benefits and economic benefits are achieved.
