Composite material water-absorbing brick and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a composite material water-absorbing brick prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 12-16 parts of a silane coupling agent, 9-15 parts of waste concrete, 9-15 parts of ceramic waste, 12-24 parts of quartzite, 10-16 parts of bentonite, 13-15 parts of shale, 15-22 parts of pearl sand, 4-7 parts of epoxy resin, 6-9 parts of Portland cement, 6-9 parts of clay, 5-10 parts of biochar, 10-14 parts of sodium ethoxylated alkyl sulfate and 7-9 parts of 30-50-mesh sand. The environment-friendly material components in the water-absorbing brick are reasonably adjusted, and only the waste concrete, the ceramic waste and the biochar material converted from kitchen garbage are adopted. The biochar material has high viscosity and can replace part of an adhesive,so that the waste concrete, the ceramic waste and basic raw materials of a floor brick are well combined, and the use amount of a polymer adhesive is reduced.
