Multilayer composite water permeable brick and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a preparation method of a multilayer composite water permeable brick. The water permeable brick is divided into a water permeable surface layer, a phosphorus removal functionallayer and an ammonia nitrogen removal functional layer. Main raw materials of the phosphorus removal functional layer are water supply sludge, steel slag and cement, and main raw materials of the ammonia nitrogen removal functional layer are water supply sludge, zeolite and cement. When rainwater flows through the water permeable brick from top to bottom, the steel slag can play a strong role inphosphorus removal and can neutralize acidic substances in the rainwater, the zeolite can remove ammonia nitrogen in the rainwater, the nitrogen and phosphorus removal capacity of the water supply sludge is high, and the nitrogen and phosphorus removal performance of the water permeable brick can be further enhanced. The water supply sludge and the steel slag are utilized, resource reutilization is achieved, high-temperature sintering is not needed in the preparation process, energy is saved, and the prepared water permeable brick can be widely applied to places such as ecological parks, gardens, courtyards and sidewalks.
本发明公开了一种多层复合透水砖制备方法。该透水砖分为透水面层、除磷功能层和脱氨氮功能层。除磷功能层主要原料为给水污泥、钢渣和水泥,而脱氨氮功能层主要原料为给水污泥、沸石和水泥。当雨水自上而下流经透水砖时,钢渣可以起到较强的除磷作用,且可以中和雨水中的酸性物质,沸石可以脱除雨水中的氨氮,而给水污泥的脱氮除磷能力均较强,可以进一步强化透水砖的脱氮除磷性能。本发明利用了给水污泥和钢渣,实现了资源再利用,且制备过程不需要高温烧结,节省能源,制得的透水砖可广泛应用于生态公园、园林、庭院、人行道等场所。
