The invention provides a high slump retaining-type polycarboxylate water reducing agent prepared by a block polymerization method and a hydroxyl modification method, and the slump retaining-type polycarboxylate water reducing agent is mainly prepared by the following operation steps: step 1, preparing a benzene ring hydroxyl block polymer I from a benzene ring monomer and a hydroxyl monomer at 50-65 DEG C; 2, preparing a block polymer II from a polyether macromonomer and alkyl acrylate at normal temperature; 3, adding the block polymer I into the block polymer II, and respectively dropwise adding the material A and the material B at 35-45 DEG C; wherein the material A is a mixed solution of acrylic acid, alkyl acrylate and a chain transfer agent, the material B is an initiator solution c,and a polycarboxylic acid slump retaining agent is prepared by cooling to room temperature. The polycarboxylic acid slump retaining agent prepared by the method is prepared in a block polymerization manner, and is wide in adaptability and long in slump retaining duration.
本发明提供一种嵌段聚合法制备高保坍型聚羧酸减水剂及羟基改性,所述保坍型聚羧酸减水剂主要由以下操作步骤制备,步骤一:50‑65℃温度下以苯环类单体和羟基单体制备苯环羟基嵌段聚合物Ⅰ;步骤二:常温条件下以聚醚大单体和丙烯酸烷基酯制备嵌段聚合物Ⅱ;步骤三:将嵌段聚合物Ⅰ加入嵌段聚合物Ⅱ中,在35‑45℃分别滴加A、B料;其中A料为丙烯酸、丙烯酸烷基酯、链转移剂的混合液,B料为引发剂c溶液,冷却至室温制备聚羧酸保坍剂。本发明制备的聚羧酸保坍剂以嵌段聚合方式制备,适应性较广,保坍持续时间长。
