Long auger driller pile-forming automatic-measurement construction method
The invention discloses a long auger driller pile-forming automatic-measurement construction method which comprises the steps of (1) levelling a construction plant, and determining a pile position; (2) installing a frizzen; (3) estimating the installation elevation of a drill rod limiting module on an arm support; (4) estimating the installation elevation of a pump-stopping limiting module on thearm support; (5) installing a driller end control module and a pump end control module; (6) installing a long auger driller movement direction identification mechanism; (7) drilling; (8) forming a pile through button pole guncreting work; (9) accomplishing the pouring of a next cement fly-ash gravel (CFG) pile with the same pile length and pile bottom design elevation; and (10) updating an elevation parameter of the pile, and accomplishing the pouring of all CFG piles on a construction work surface. According to the long auger driller pile-forming automatic-measurement construction method provided by the invention, the frizzen and the drill rod limiting module are matched to automatically measure the pile bottom design elevation, so that an operator is prompted to stop drilling, the excessof drilling or the shortage of drilling is avoided, and the pile forming quality is ensured; and the frizzen and the pump-stopping limiting module are matched to automatically measure the pouring-stopping design elevation, so that the operator is prompted to stop concrete pouring, a virtual pile head is prevented from being too short or too long, and the automation degree is high.
本发明公开了一种长螺旋钻机成桩自动测量施工方法,包括:一、平整施工场地并确定桩位;二、安装触发杆;三、估计钻杆限位模块在臂架上的安装标高;四、估计停泵限位模块在臂架上的安装标高;五、安装钻机端控制模块和泵端控制模块;六、安装长螺旋钻杆移动方向识别机构;七、钻孔;八、拔杆压灌混凝土作业成桩;九、完成下一相同桩长和桩底设计标高的CFG桩灌注;十、更新桩的标高参数,完成施工作业面上所有CFG桩灌注。本发明通过触发杆与钻杆限位模块配合自动测量桩底设计标高,提示操作人员停钻,避免过钻或欠钻,保证成桩质量,通过触发杆与停泵限位模块配合自动测量停灌设计标高,提示停灌混凝土,避免虚桩头不足或超长,自动化程度高。
