Portable grouting device and grouting vehicle
The invention provides a portable grouting device and a grouting vehicle. The portable grouting device comprises a mobile grouting device, a power supply system and an air supply system, wherein the mobile grouting device comprises a flat car, and a first material cylinder, a second material cylinder, a grouting machine and an electric control cabinet are arranged on the flat car; a first materialsucking pump and a second material sucking pump are arranged in the first material cylinder and the second material cylinder respectively, the first material sucking pump and the second material sucking pump are correspondingly connected with a feeding port of the grouting machine through a material sucking pipe, a material conveying pipe is arranged at a discharging port of the grouting machine,and a grouting gun is arranged on the material conveying pipe; and the first material suction pump and the second material suction pump are correspondingly connected with the air supply system, and the electric control cabinet is connected with the power supply system through a cable. As the mobile grouting device and the power supply system and the air supply system are separately arranged, themovable grouting device is small in size and convenient to move so that the mobile grouting device can be moved into a narrow working area such as an underground tunnel for construction operation, andcompared with a large grouting device, the mobile grouting device is small and portable.
本发明提供一种便携式注浆装置及注浆车，其中，便携式注浆装置包括：移动注浆装置，包括平板车，其上设有第一料筒、第二料筒、注浆机和电控柜，第一料筒和第二料筒内分别设有第一吸料泵和第二吸料泵，第一吸料泵和第二吸料泵分别通过吸料管与注浆机的进料口连接，注浆机的出料口设有输料管，输料管上设有注浆枪；供气系统；供电系统；第一吸料泵和第二吸料泵分别与供气系统连接，电控柜通过电缆与供电系统连接；由于移动注浆装置和供电系统和供气系统分离式设置，使得移动注浆装置体积小，且移动方便，因此够被移动到地下隧道等狭窄的工作区域内进行施工作业，与大型的注浆设备相比，本移动注浆装置小巧便携。
