The invention discloses a composite floor slab structure. The composite floor slab structure comprises a prefabricated bottom plate and a cast-in-situ concrete layer, the prefabricated bottom plate islaid on composite beams or cast-in-situ beams at the two ends and provided with laying-end steel bars, and the upper end faces of the prefabricated bottom plate and the composite beams or cast-in-situ beams are covered with the cast-in-situ concrete layer. The invention further provides a construction technology of the composite floor slab structure. According to the composite floor slab structure and the construction technology thereof, the thickness of the prefabricated bottom plate is increased, water and electricity pipelines are embedded into the prefabricated bottom plate, and the prefabricated bottom plate is hollowed as far as possible to decrease the dead weight; and the cast-in-situ concrete layer is thin, supports do not need to be arranged under a floor slab when concrete is cast in situ, the construction technology is simplified, and the integrity of the floor slab structure can be guaranteed.
