Self-leveling construction method
The invention relates to leveling control of self-leveling construction, and discloses a self-leveling construction method. The method comprises the following steps of S1, checking and processing a base layer; S2, coating an interface agent; S3, performing dividing to set grids and blocking edges; S4, setting leveling control points; and S5, performing stirring, paving and self-leveling; in the step 4, leveling controllers are used, the leveling controllers are provided with leveling control surfaces, the leveling controllers are dispersedly arranged in construction areas, and the leveling control surfaces of all the leveling controllers in the construction areas are adjusted to be located on the same plane, so that the step S4 is completed; and in the step 5, stirred self-leveling material is poured into the construction areas, and the pouring thickness is the thickness enabling self-leveling slurry to just reaches the leveling control surfaces, and when the pouring area reaches the spacing distance between the two leveling controllers, the leveling controllers in the areas where pouring is completed are taken out, and auxiliary leveling and defoaming are carried out on the areaswhere pouring is completed until treatment in all the construction areas is completed. According to the method, leveling setting is simple and rapid, the accuracy is high, and the color of the finished self-leveling surfaces is uniform.
本发明涉及自流平施工的标高控制,并公开了一种自流平施工方法,包括以下步骤:S1,基层检查及处理;S2,涂刷界面剂;S3,分格、堵边;S4,设置标高控制点;S5,搅拌、摊铺自流平;在步骤S4中使用标高控制器,标高控制器上具有一标高控制面,施工区域内分散布置标高控制器,调节至施工区域内所有标高控制器的标高控制面位于同一平面视为步骤S4完成;步骤S5中,将搅拌好的自流平材料倾倒在施工区域,倾倒厚度为自流平浆料刚好达到标高控制面;当倾倒面积达到两个标高控制器间隔距离时,取出已经倾倒完成区域的标高控制器,并对倾倒完成区域辅助流平和消泡处理,直至完成全部施工区域。该方法标高设置简单、快速,精确度高,完工后的自流平表面颜色均一。
