The invention discloses a spraying device and a spraying and scraping integrated machine. The spraying device comprises a stock bin and air nozzles, wherein the stock bin is provided with a front walland a rear wall which are kept opposite, and the front wall is provided with at least one discharging hole; the air nozzles penetrate through the rear wall of the stock bin, the number of the air nozzles and the number of the discharging holes are equal, the air nozzles correspond to the discharging holes one by one, the input ends of the air nozzles are used for inputting compressed air, air outlets of the air nozzles are kept opposite to the discharging holes, and the through-flow sections of the ends, close to the air outlets, of the air nozzles gradually contract in the flow direction ofthe compressed air. The size of the through-flow section of each air outlet in the first vertical direction of the spraying motion direction of the spraying device is not less than three times of thesize in the spraying motion direction of the spraying device, and the through-flow section of each discharging hole and the through-flow section of each air outlet are perpendicular to the air outletdirection of corresponding air outlet. According to the spraying device and the spraying and scraping integrated machine, mortar spraying is stable and uniform, the required compressed gas utilizationrate is high, the energy consumption is low, energy conservation and environmental protection are achieved, and the plastering quality of the wall surfaces is effectively ensured.
本发明公开了一种喷涂装置及喷刮一体机，喷涂装置包括：料仓，具有保持相对的前壁与后壁，前壁上设置至少一个出料孔；喷气嘴，贯穿料仓的后壁，喷气嘴与出料孔数量相等并一一对应地设置，喷气嘴的输入端用于输入压缩气体，喷气嘴的出气口与出料孔保持正对，喷气嘴接近出气口的一端的通流截面沿压缩气体的流动方向逐渐收缩；出气口的通流截面沿喷涂装置的喷涂运动方向之第一垂向的尺寸不小于其沿喷涂装置的喷涂运动方向的尺寸的三倍，出料孔的通流截面、出气口的通流截面分别垂直于出气口的出气方向。该喷涂装置及喷刮一体机砂浆喷涂稳定均匀，所需的压缩气体利用率高而能耗低，节能环保，有效地保证墙面的抹灰质量。
