The invention provides a corner-connector-free assembly method of an aluminum frame door. The method comprises the steps that (S1) material cutting is conducted, a base plate die is placed, and a process of door hinging installation is carried out; (S2) an corner connector is installed; (S3) a door core is assembled; (S4) a PE film is used for winding; and (S5) corner finishing and installation are conducted. Standardized requirements are proposed for an assembly technology of the aluminum frame door, so an assembly course is rational; processes are perfect; quality of the aluminum frame doorfabricated is improved; phenomena such as cracking and apart-falling which can very easily appear during installation and use of aluminum frame door products are solved; the service life of the aluminum frame door is prolonged; and secondly, aiming at the problem that technologies are not exquisite enough during packaging after processing of the aluminum frame door, the assembly operation guidancemethod provided by the invention makes limits and requirements for each technological step, and a fabricated product has the advantage of high precision according to requirements of technological documents.
本发明提供一种铝框门免角码的组装方法，包括如下步骤：步骤S1、开料，放置垫板模具，进行打门铰工序；步骤S2、安装角码；步骤S3、组装门芯；步骤S4、使用PE膜缠绕；步骤S5、修角并包装。对铝框门的组装工艺进行了标准化要求，使组装过程合理，工序完善，提高了制成的铝框门的质量，解决了铝框门产品在安装过程和使用过程中非常容易出现开裂、散架等现象；提升了铝框门的使用寿命；其次，现有的铝框门在加工完成的包装中，工艺不够精细，本发明的组装作业指导方法，对每一步工艺都进行了限定与要求，参照工艺文件要求，使制成的产品具备高精度的优点。
