Design method of gob-side entry retaining side support structure, support structure and construction method
The invention relates to a design method of a gob-side entry retaining side support structure, a support structure and a construction method. The method comprises the following steps that firstly, thesinking amount of a main roof rock beam of one side of the working face is determined; secondly, the amount of compression deformation of the support structure to be designed is determined; thirdly,the support structure to be designed is calculated according to the obtained pressure and can resist the minimum rigidity of the pressure of the main roof rock beam; fourthly, the porosity of the constituent material of the support structure to be designed is obtained through counter-deduction according to the stiffness obtained in the third step; fifthly, the support structure to be designed is divided into multiple layers with the porosity which changes in a gradient manner from bottom to top, the minimum porosity of the material at the bottommost layer of the support structure and the maximum porosity of the topmost material are obtained, and then the porosity of each layer of material of the support structure is obtained; and sixthly, the foam doping amount of each layer of material during pouring is calculated according to the porosity of each layer of material of the support structure to be designed. The support structure obtained by using the design method has the functions of yielding and energy absorbing, and the structure is stable.
本发明涉及沿空留巷巷旁支护结构的设计方法、支护结构及施工方法,包括以下步骤:步骤1:确定工作面一侧基本顶的岩梁下沉量;步骤2:确定待设计支护结构的压缩变形量;步骤3:根据得到的压力计算待设计的支护结构能够抵抗基本顶岩梁压力的最小刚度;步骤4:根据步骤3得到的刚度反推待设计的支护结构的构成材料的孔隙率;步骤5:将待设计的支护结构划分为由下向上且孔隙率成梯度变化的多层,得到支护结构最底层材料的最小孔隙率和最顶层材料的最大孔隙率,进而得到支护结构每层材料的孔隙率;步骤6:根据待支护结构每层材料的孔隙率计算浇注时每层材料的泡沫掺入量,使用本发明设计方法得到的支护结构具有让压吸能的功能,且结构稳定。
