When the operating lever assembly is located at the middle position, the first valve element is driven by the first spring and hydraulic oil and the second valve element is driven by the second spring and the hydraulic oil to act on the two ends of the operating lever assembly correspondingly, and the positions of the operating lever assembly and the valve seat are kept stable; and when the operating lever assembly is located at the left position, the first valve element is driven by the first spring and the second valve element is driven by the second spring and the hydraulic oil to act on the two ends of the operating lever assembly correspondingly, and the positions of the operating leverassembly and the valve seat are kept stable so that the position keeping of the operating lever assembly can be realized, the structure is simple, the cost is low, and an electromagnetic attraction position keeping structure and a mechanical friction position keeping structure do not need to be adopted.
