Preparation method and using method of prestressed shape memory alloy-continuous fiber composite tendon
The invention discloses a preparation method and a using method of a prestressed shape memory alloy-continuous fiber composite tendon. The preparation method is characterized in that an inner core andfibers arranged on the outer layer in a wrapping mode, wherein the inner core is a shape memory alloy tendon, the fibers are made of fiber reinforced composites, the fibers comprise circumferential winding continuous fibers and longitudinal wrapping continuous fibers, and the circumferential winding continuous fibers and the longitudinal wrapping continuous fibers are circumferentially wound andlongitudinally wrapped around the shape memory alloy tendon correspondingly. According to the preparation method and the using method, the shape memory alloy material is adopted, and stretching is performed under a martensite state so that the shape memory alloy tendon can be converted from martensite to austenite under high temperature induction, then the overall length of the shape memory alloy-continuous fiber composite tendon has a tendency of recovering to the initial form, thereby generating prestress under the action of external constraints; and compared with a traditional prestressed tendon, the prestressed shape memory alloy-continuous fiber composite tendon has the advantages that the effect of presetting the prestress when tendon materials leave a factory is achieved, the corrosion resistance and durability of the prestressed tendon are improved, and the application range of the prestressed tendon is wider.
本发明公开一种预应力形状记忆合金‑连续纤维复合筋的制备及其使用方法,包括内芯以及包裹在外层的纤维,内芯为形状记忆合金筋,纤维采用纤维增强复合材料制作,纤维包括环向缠绕连续纤维、纵向包裹连续纤维;环向缠绕连续纤维、纵向包裹连续纤维分别环向缠绕、纵向包裹于形状记忆合金筋上。本发明因采用形状记忆合金材料,并在马氏体状态下进行了拉伸,形状记忆合金筋可以在高温诱发下从马氏体转变成奥氏体,使形状记忆合金‑连续纤维复合筋整体长度具有恢复到初始形态的趋势,从而在外部约束作用下产生预应力。本发明相比传统预应力筋,做到了筋材出厂预设预应力的效果,提高了预应力筋的抗腐蚀能力和耐久性,使得预应力筋的适用范围更广。
