The invention discloses a carbon composite blast furnace iron runner castable which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: fused brown fused alumina, fused compact corundum,silicon carbide, pure calcium aluminate cement, silica powder, bimodal activated alumina micro powder, spherical asphalt, carbon black powder, carbon resin powder, an antioxidant, organic fibers, an explosion-proof agent and a superplasticizer. During preparation, all the raw materials are uniformly mixed and put into a damp-proof and sun-proof jumbo bag to be stored. 5-6% of purified water is added during site construction, and then use is enabled after uniform stirring, construction finishing and conventional baking. According to the castable, different carbon-containing materials are added.the carbon content of the iron runner castable is increased, and erosion resistance of iron runners are greatly improved; meanwhile, scientific grain size distribution is adopted, the requirement forthe purity of raw materials is strict, it is guaranteed that the iron runner castable has very good high-temperature strength, volume stability, scouring resistance and oxidation resistance, the service lifetime of the iron runner is prolonged, the tapping amount is increased, and the economic benefits of blast furnace ironmaking are improved.
本发明公开了一种碳复合高炉铁沟浇注料，是由原料电熔棕刚玉、电熔致密刚玉、碳化硅、纯铝酸钙水泥、硅微粉、双峰活性氧化铝微粉、球状沥青、炭黑粉、碳树脂粉、抗氧化剂、有机纤维、防爆剂和高效减水剂按特定的重量份配制而成。制备时，将所有原料混合均匀，装入防潮防晒的吨袋储存即可。现场施工时加入5~6%的纯净水，搅拌均匀并完成施工，常规烘烤即可使用。本发明由于加入了不同的含碳材料，增加了铁沟浇注料的碳含量，大大提高了铁沟的抗侵蚀性，同时采用了科学的粒度级配，且对原料的纯度严格要求，保证了铁沟浇注料具有很好的高温强度、体积稳定性、抗冲刷性能、抗氧化性能，延长了铁沟的使用寿命，增大了出铁量，提高了高炉炼铁的经济效益。
