Comprising the following raw materials: fused compact corundum, fused brown corundum, black silicon carbide, black silicon carbide micro powder, porous mullite, silicon nitride combined silicon carbide, activated aluminum oxide micro powder, andalusite, black silicon carbide micro powder, submicron silicon micro powder, pure calcium aluminate cement, an antioxidant, anti-burst fibers and a water reducing dispersant. According to the antioxidant castable disclosed by the invention, selected high-purity raw materials are adopted, the submicron silicon micropowder and the black silicon carbide micropowder are introduced, and due to the characteristics of ultrafine granularity, excellent dispersity, large specific surface area and the like, the submicron silicon micropowder and the black silicon carbide micropowder are mutually filled with coarse, medium and fine structures of particles of other materials in the castable; the combination and sintering strength of the castable under the medium-low temperature baking condition can be effectively improved, the compactness of the tapping channel castable is obviously enhanced, the oxidation resistance of the tapping channel castable is improved, the thermal shock stability in the high-temperature state can be effectively guaranteed, the high-temperature breaking strength and wear resistance are stably improved, and the service life of the tapping channel castable is stably prolonged.
