Preparation method of ceramic oxygen permeation membrane
The invention discloses a preparation method of a ceramic oxygen permeation membrane, and belongs to the technical field of oxygen permeation membrane preparation. According to the method, pyrochloreand biogas slurry are fermented to enrich metal components, the metal components are dispersed into a foamed nickel matrix, and the oily components are combined to act so that the obstruction to oxygen ion conduction is reduced, the oxygen introduction amount of the membrane is increased, and the membrane stability is improved. The added silicon-containing material can reduce the surface tension,increase the lubricity, provide more hydrophobic effects and improve the dispersion effect among the components. An alkali liquor reagent B is added to reduce the surface tension among the componentsand increase the selectivity of the membrane. A large structure is formed through ring-opening polymerization of small molecular components, and enough membrane strength is provided in cooperation with the thickness and the pore size of the prepared membrane so that the ion transfer resistance of the membrane is further reduced, the area of membrane surface exchange reaction can be greatly increased through a porous structure on the surface of the membrane, and the oxygen permeation flux of the ceramic oxygen permeation membrane is increased. The problems of low oxygen permeation flux and poormembrane stability of a common ceramic oxygen permeation membrane at present are solved.
本发明公开了一种陶瓷透氧膜的制备方法,属于透氧膜制备技术领域。本发明通过烧绿石与沼液发酵富集金属成分在分散到泡沫镍基体中,结合油性成分相作用,降低对氧离子传导的阻挡,提升膜通氧量,提高膜稳定性。添加的含硅料也可在降低表面张力,增加润滑性,提供更多的疏水作用,改善组分间的分散效果。加入碱液试剂B降低组分间的表面张力,增加膜的选择性。通过小分子成分的开环聚合构成较大结构,再配合所制膜的厚度、孔径大小,以提供足够的膜强度,进一步的降低膜的离子传递阻力,使得膜表面的多孔结构可以大大提高膜表面交换反应的面积,提升本陶瓷透氧膜的氧渗透通量。本发明解决了目前常用陶瓷透氧膜的氧渗透通量低,膜稳定性差的问题。
