Water-permeable anti-cracking sport field and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a water-permeable anti-cracking sport field and a construction method thereof. The field sequentially comprises a foundation soil layer, a geocell medium-coarse sand layer, a water-permeable asphalt concrete layer and a water-permeable resin sand surface layer or a water-permeable air-permeable plastic layer from bottom to top; and the water-permeable and air-permeable plastic layer is fixed on the water-permeable and air-permeable asphalt concrete layer through a water-permeable epoxy resin sand bonding layer. The construction is simple, the geocell with the thicknessof 10-20 cm is filled with medium-coarse sand to replace traditional 80 cm lime soil and inorganic material soil, and the engineering quantity and material cost of a base layer are greatly reduced. Medium-coarse sands in the coarse sand layer in the geocell have a certain water retention effect, and humid water vapor in the geocell body has a cooling effect on the plastic layer or the epoxy resinsand layer on the surface of the field through pores of the water-permeable asphalt concrete layer under the capillary action, so that the aging speed of a surface layer material is reduced, and the service life is prolonged.
本发明公开了一种透水抗裂型运动场地及其施工方法,所述场地自下而上依次为地基土层、土工格室中粗砂层、透水沥青混凝土层和透水树脂砂面层或透水透气塑胶层;所述的透水透气塑胶层通过透水性环氧树脂砂粘层固定在透水沥青混凝土层上面。本发明施工简单,其以10‑20cm厚的土工格室中填充中粗砂替代传统的80cm的灰土和无机料土,大大减少了基层的工程量和材料成本。而且本发明土工格室中粗砂层中的中粗砂具有一定的保水作用,在毛细作用下格室体中的潮湿水汽通过透水沥青混凝土层的孔隙对场地表面塑胶层或环氧树脂砂层有冷却作用,降低了面层材料的老化速度,提高了使用寿命。
