The invention provides an arch bridge and a suspender anchoring structure thereof. The suspender anchoring structure comprises a suspender cable and an upper anchoring mechanism arranged at the upperend of the suspender cable and used for being connected with an arch rib of the arch bridge, and the upper anchoring mechanism comprises an upper anchor head arranged at the upper end of the suspendercable in a sleeving mode and provided with an outer nut, a pre-buried base plate used for being pre-buried in the arch rib and allowing the upper anchor head to penetrate through, and an adjusting nut which is in threaded connection with the upper anchor head and abuts against the end, away from the suspender cable, of the pre-buried base plate. In the suspender anchoring structure, the pre-buried base plate is arranged in the arch rib, after the upper anchor head is arranged on the pre-buried base plate in a penetrating mode, the length of the suspender cable can be rapidly adjusted by rotating the adjusting nut, so that the suspender cable is anchored relative to the arch rib; and the structure is simple and compact, the anchoring effect is good, the cost can be reduced, the construction efficiency is improved, and later maintenance is facilitated.
