The invention relates to the field of arch bridges, and discloses a small and medium span steel structure arch bridge suspender anchoring device which comprises a screw arranged at the end of a suspender, a tensioning structure arranged on the screw and a fixing component fixedly arranged relative to a base. A lug plate is fixedly arranged on the upper surface of the base, the fixing part comprises an anchor plate sleeving the outer side of the screw, the lower surface of the anchor plate is fixedly connected with one end of a steel plate, and the other end of the steel plate is detachably connected with the lug plate; the tensioning structure comprises a center hole jack arranged on the screw rod, a tensioning platform used for bearing counter force generated during tensioning of the center hole jack is arranged between the anchor plate and the center hole jack, the screw rod is in threaded connection with a first nut, and when tensioning of the center hole jack is completed, the first nut abuts against the anchor plate, so that anchoring is completed. The cross-core jack is arranged on the screw rod at the end part of the suspender, so that the tensioning force of the jack directly acts on the suspender, the suspender can be conveniently tensioned, and the elongation of the suspender can be randomly adjusted.
