The invention relates to a three-dimensional accurate alignment device. The three-dimensional accurate alignment device comprises: a base; a transverse moving assembly comprising a first sliding baseand a first power cylinder, wherein the cylinder body of the first power cylinder is fixed to the base, and the rod body of the first power cylinder is fixed to the first sliding base; and a longitudinal moving assembly comprising a second sliding base, a second power cylinder and a supporting component, wherein the cylinder body of the second power cylinder is fixed to the second sliding base, the rod body of the second power cylinder is fixed to the first sliding base, and the supporting component is fixed to the second sliding base. Rapid bridge erecting equipment based on the self-propelled module transport vehicle comprises the self-propelled module transport vehicle, a bracket, a central monitoring control system and the three-dimensional accurate alignment device. A bridge erectingmethod is completed by adopting the rapid bridge erecting equipment based on the self-propelled module transport vehicle. Left movement and right movement of the bearing object are completed through transverse and longitudinal movement of the horizontal plane, the rotating action of the bearing object can be achieved through linkage of the multiple devices, erection of a precast beam is achieved in cooperation with the rapid bridge erecting equipment, alignment is accurate, consumed time is short, and danger is low.
