Method for replacing rubber plate of basin-type support
The invention discloses a method for replacing a rubber plate of a basin-type support. The method comprises the following steps: loosening a limiting screw, removing a limiting ring, adjusting a locking nut, a reset nut and a lifting nut to enable a basin ring to move upwards, enabling the rubber plate to have a replacement space in the horizontal direction, drawing out an old rubber plate, and inserting a new rubber plate; and reversely adjusting the locking nut, the reset nut and the lifting nut to enable the basin ring to move downwards to return to the original position, and then fasteningthe limiting ring to a middle plate through the limiting screw to complete replacement of the rubber plat of the basin-type support. The internal rubber plate can be replaced under the condition thatthe support is not affected by vertical load, and the basin ring is moved up and down through the adjusting screw rod, so that the rubber plate has a taking-out space in the horizontal direction, therubber plate is convenient to replace, and the service life of the support is prolonged.
本发明公开了一种盆式支座更换橡胶板的方法，松开限位螺钉，将限位环拆除，然后调节锁紧螺母、复位螺母和抬升螺母，使盆环向上移动，使橡胶板在水平方向有抽换的空间，抽出旧的橡胶板，再插入新的橡胶板；反向调节锁紧螺母、复位螺母和抬升螺母，使盆环向下移动直至回归原位，再通过限位螺钉将限位环紧固于中间板上，完成对该盆式支座橡胶板的更换。本发明可在支座不受竖向载荷作用的情况下，完成内部橡胶板的更换，通过调节螺杆将盆环上下移动，使橡胶板在水平方向有取出空间，方便了橡胶板的更换，延长了支座的使用寿命。
