The systemcomprises multiple anchor rods, a bidirectional geogrid, a base material cushion layer, an anti-corrosion permeation control layer, a vegetative coiled material and a nutrient base material. The multiple anchor rods are arranged on a river channel side slope, evenly arranged on the slope surface at intervals and used for fixing the bidirectional geogrid and the vegetative coiled material where nutrient base material is poured; the bidirectional geogrid is arranged on the anchor rods, 1cm-3cm away from the slope surface and used for enhancing the integrity of the base material cushion layer; the base material cushion layer is arranged on the slope surface and used for providing nutrition for planted plants; the anti-corrosion permeation control layer is arranged on the surface of the basematerial cushion layer, is formed by consolidating an anti-corrosion permeation control composite material and the base material cushion layer and has water retention and fertilizer retention functions; the vegetative coiled material is arranged on the anti-corrosion permeation control layer and fixed on the anchor rods and is used for accommodating the nutrient base material; and the nutrient base material is arranged in the vegetative coiled material and used for supplying nutrition to the planted plants. The system can promote plant growth and realize ecological restoration of the hard river channel side slope.
