The invention relates to a water hyacinth salvage ship. The water hyacinth salvage ship comprises a nose, a hull and a floating plate; a salvage shaft is arranged in the nose, and a salvage plate anda cutter are arranged on the salvage shaft; a hydraulic motor is arranged at the side end of the nose; the hull is provided with an impeller, a spindle, a breaking machine, a trough, a transferring machine, an oil tank, an oil pump and a diesel engine; the impeller communicates with the rear end of the nose; one end of the spindle is connected with the impeller, and the other end of the spindle isconnected with the breaking machine; the transferring machine is arranged at the outlet end of the trough; the diesel engine is provided with a driver connector; and the floating plate is arranged atthe rear end of the hull. The water hyacinth salvage ship of the present invention has the advantages that the water hyacinth salvaging, cutting and collecting are integrated, the process does not need to be stopped, the hull can continuously advance, the salvaging effect is good, and the efficiency is high; in addition, the energy required by the movement of the mechanisms on the salvaging shipis all from one diesel engine without excessive motor driving, so that energy loss is reduced, and maintenance is simple.
