The invention discloses a water hyacinth salvage ship capable of automatically crushing and compacting. The device comprises a body box, wherein a fishing box is fixedly connected with a left end surface of the body box, a storage cavity is formed in the body box, compaction cavities symmetrically communicate with the left side and the right side of the storage cavity, an upper side of the storagecavity is provided with a conveying cavity which is located between the compaction cavities and outwards communicates with the compaction cavities, outer sides of the compaction cavities communicatewith a push plate power cavity located on an upper side of the conveying cavity, the water hyacinth is crushed by crushing wheels to preliminarily reduce the volume, fragments are conveyed into the compaction cavities to be compacted, the compacted fragments are automatically pushed to the storage cavities, on the other hand, the symmetrical compaction cavities enable the fragments to be conveyedto the other side while compaction operation is carried out on one side, so efficiency is further improved, the size of the water hyacinth is further reduced, the capacity of the ship body to the water hyacinth is greatly increased, the near-shore discharging frequency is reduced, and working efficiency is improved.
