According to the technical scheme, the offshore wind power reinforced single pile foundation is characterized by comprising a single pile and a reinforcing member, wherein the reinforcing member is providedwith a sleeve with which the single pile is coaxially sleeved and a plurality of pile sleeve boxes uniformly arranged around the sleeve and connected with the sleeve through connecting mechanisms; and steel sheet piles are inserted into the pile sleeve boxes and are driven into the seabed, and gaps among the pile sleeve boxes and the steel sheet piles are filled with high-strength grouting materials. The invention is applicable to the technical field of offshore wind power.
