The invention discloses an offshore wind power single pile foundation and a construction method thereof.The offshore wind power single pile foundation comprises a bearing assembly, a single pile body and a plurality of positioning piles, the bearing assembly is provided with a main pile mounting hole located in the center of the bearing assembly, a filling area arranged around the main pile mounting hole and a plurality of auxiliary pile mounting holes formed around the main pile mounting hole at intervals, the filling area is filled with stones, the multiple positioning piles correspond to the multiple auxiliary pile mounting holes one to one, and the positioning piles slidably penetrate through the auxiliary pile mounting holes. The positioning pile is provided with a grouting channel, grouting is conducted on the stone in the filling area and the seabed soil body on the periphery of the positioning pile through the grouting channel to form a grouting reinforcement area, and the single pile body slidably penetrates through the main pile mounting hole. According to the offshore wind power single pile foundation, the bearing assembly is arranged, the protection area of the single pile body is enlarged, protection of soil around the pile is achieved by combining the riprap and grouting reinforcement technology, and therefore the problem that the periphery of the pile is exposed due to scouring is solved.
