Ultrasonic vibration-type frozen earth digging device
The invention discloses an ultrasonic vibration-type frozen earth digging device. The ultrasonic vibration-type frozen earth digging device comprises bucket teeth. The bucket teeth are movably installed at the front end of a digging bucket. A bucket movable arm and a movable arm oil cylinder are both arranged at the rear end of the digging bucket. One end of the bucket movable arm is connected with the digging bucket in a rotating mode, and the other end of the bucket movable arm is connected with one end of the movable arm oil cylinder in a rotating mode. The other end of the movable arm oilcylinder is connected with the digging bucket in a rotating mode. An ultrasonic vibration transducer is installed inside the bucket teeth and further connected with a power source. According to the ultrasonic vibration-type frozen earth digging device, the ultrasonic vibration transducer is arranged, hydraulic machines and ultrasounds are combined, sufficient vibration power in the cutting direction of frozen earth is guaranteed, and thermal action, mechanical action and cavatition action produced during interaction of ultrasonic waves and media in the transmitting process of the ultrasonic waves can greatly reduce soil digging resistance; when the ultrasonic vibration-type frozen earth digging device is adopted for digging, the soil hot melting level is small, and hot melting collapsing can be avoided; and moreover, ultrasonic vibration and mechanical excavation are conducted at the same time, efficiency is high and construction cost is low.
