A sliding plug cavity is formed in the side wall of theurinal body, a sliding plug is connected into the sliding plug cavity in a sealed and sliding mode, the lower end of the sliding plug is connected to the inner bottom of the sliding plug cavity through a first telescopic air bag, the outer side of the first telescopic air bag is sleeved with a second telescopic air bag, and the second telescopic air bag and the two ends of the first telescopic air bag form an annular cavity. The urinal does not need to be controlled by a sensor to discharge water, and the situation that the urinal discharges water by itself cannot occur in public places withmany people. A pure mechanical structure is adopted for flushing, the production cost of the urinal is reduced, meanwhile, electric energy does not need to be consumed, the cleaning agent is quantitatively fed, and the situation that the cleaning agent is wasted too fast is avoided.
