The sleeved type prefabricated steel-concrete joint comprises upperand lower concrete column sections (2, 1) which are to be connected, at least one concrete beam section (31, 32), a column steel sleeve (4) and at least one beam steel sleeve (51, 52); the ends of the upper and lower concrete column sections (2, 1) are opposite and sleeved with the interior of the column steel sleeve (4) in a loose fit mode, the beam steel sleeves (5) are detachably and fixedly connected with the outer side face of the column steel sleeve (4), and the ends of the concrete beam sections (3) sleeve the beam steel sleeves (5) in a loose fit mode; and gaps between the ends of theupper and lower concrete column sections (2, 1) and the column steel sleeve (4) are densely filled with epoxy mortar, and gaps between the ends of the concrete beam sections (3) and the beam steel sleeves (5) are densely filled with epoxy mortar.
