The invention provides a use method of a prefabricated shear wall steel threaded sleeve. The method comprises the following steps that the shear wall steel threaded sleeve is placed at a prefabricatedshear wall operation hand hole; a steel gasket is arranged at the lower side of the prefabricated shear wall operation hand hole; a connecting steel bar reserved at the upper end of a lower-layer prefabricated shear wall penetrates through the lower-side steel gasket, extends into one end of the shear wall steel threaded sleeve, and is fixedly connected with the sleeve; a steel gasket is arrangedat the upper side of the prefabricated shear wall operation hand hole; and a connecting steel bar reserved at the lower end of an upper-layer prefabricated shear wall penetrates through the upper-layer steel gasket, extends into the other end of the shear wall steel threaded sleeve and is fixedly connected with the sleeve. By using the sleeve, the problem of the steel bar discontinuity in the bolt connection of the prefabricated shear wall can be solved, the problem that the stress on the steel bars and concrete of the prefabricated shear wall is unreasonable due to the steel bar discontinuity is reduced to a great extent, and the construction quality of the bolt connection of the prefabricated shear wall is guaranteed.
