First hydraulic rods with downward movable ends are mounted at the four corners of the bottom face of the seat plate correspondingly, the movable ends of the first hydraulic rods are fixedly provided with electric idler wheels with the locking function, a support is mounted on the right side of the topface of the seat plate, a vertical first guide rail is mounted on the right side of the support, a first electric sliding block slidably matched with the first guide rail is arranged on the right side of the first guide rail, a vertical plate is fixedly mounted on the right side of the first electric sliding block, and a first groove is formed in the right side of the vertical plate. The fabricated floor and face plate laying device is applicable to fabricated building construction, drilling, carrying and fixing mounting are integrated through the mode that the electric idler wheels, a concrete stirring and supplying device, a hollow drill bit, a second drill bit and a third drill bit are combined, fully-automatic operation is adopted, laying of a whole face plate is completed efficientlyand quickly, manual participation is effectively reduced, the manual workload is lowered, the overall construction speed is effectively increased, the labor cost can be reduced, construction benefitsare increased, and the construction progress is accelerated.
